Wayan came out of frustration, honestly. I'd been in enough rooms where smart people talked past each other for an hour, then left with three different ideas of what we'd agreed on. The tools got slicker every year. The confusion didn't.
So we built something to fix that.

We're still small — deliberately. I'd rather have twelve people who care than fifty who don't. We ship things, we learn what breaks, we fix it. No manifestos about "disrupting" anything.
Some parts of the product are exactly where I want them. Others aren't there yet, and I won't pretend otherwise. We're figuring it out alongside the teams who actually use this thing every day.

If you're considering working here: we're not for everyone. We like clarity over consensus. We'd rather be honest than comfortable. And we don't do "that's not my job."
